Routine……

Our daily routines develop into a monotonous repetition over a period of time. There are habits and there are essentials. And of course there are necessities…

We are probably slaves of our habits. Then having come this far with the habits, you are okay to continue them rather than getting tensed at the near impossibility of changing them…

Essentials are food, sleep, may be going to office etc etc. we need to do them..

Necessities are perhaps a bit controversial.. may be that I should have used other names.
For example, is working out a necessity? We can argue. But when you have a coach who you value very much, and the coach meets many of your requirements, like talking control of you, appreciate progress, gives feedback and is capable of giving you life advises…

Am I looking for the katha requirement of being dominated… I would say yes…

Then you don’t want to skip working out. And the ‘follower need’ makes you not wanting to do better than Coach……

Naturally I am worried at the non confirmation that my Coach is able to carry on her regular routine considering her busy schedule. See my protector role……

As far as I am concerned, my routine is dedicated to the coach and it’s going on well 

Planks: improved scores- 102 seconds, Day before and 105 yesterday 

Schedule: all three- aerobics, resistance and floor along with planks yesterday and day before. Sorry, I know I am overdoing… will control..

Must check out on coach……
