I have this whatsapp Broadcast Group ‘Cooking Exotica & Fitness’ where I have my attempts at healthy items shared. Some of you are part of the group and have received this. Sharing here for my dear blog friends. Guacamole with Bangalore Avacado and minor modifications such as homemade virgin coconut oil instead of virgin olive oil, shallots for red onion, black salt for normal salt. Bangalore avacados are yellowish and probably better. Brief recipe: scooped and mashed avacado tendered with juice of half a lemon. Dice shallots and a slice of tomato. Add to avacado and mix two cut green chillies, black salt, black pepper powder and fresh coriander leaves. Add virgin coconut oil and it turned out into an excellent dip. Healthy and fresh ☑️
