Of late this message is talking somewhat centre stage and it’s worth taking a look at it.
All these years love for me has been something to be given and not for being selfish about it.
But having taken a good look at it, I now feel that there’s immense merit in the approach.
Accordingly I am making a start.
Of course, the reason is something like ‘charity begins at home’ and ‘do unto others what you do to yourself’ etc.
Now I am on it, and the few steps would be
1. A toned up shaped body (six pack is totally elusive though).
2. Appreciate progress at least once a day in front of mirror, certainly without a shirt
3. Use hair trimmer at point 1 regularly
4. Visit a skin specialist to remove the two dark spots on the face
5. Muster enough courage to go to a beauty parlour
And start spreading love once I am sure that I love myself π
Love is selfish! Nice.

Loving yourself may be to be healthy and fit, physically and mentally. A six pack and the removal of the dark spots, are they necessary?? π

Six pack is sort of impossible. And the spots- good question π

Not impossible, maybe difficult. Yet, self love is much more than making ourselves more presentable! That’s what I believe. It’s just that we need to be healthy. Loving others more than us makes us negligent about ourselves. So, let the dark spots be the sign of confidence… isn’t???

yes self-love can take many forms … most focus on the appearance … for me it’s a body/mind connection … best of luck in whatever you do Kurian π

In my opinion loving yourself is – accepting and loving yourself as you are and positive improvements are always great.

Someone once told me that, if you find yourself trying to look beautiful it is because you are in love. Now I know who that lover is.
