Prolonged and heavy rains in Kerala and overcast skies in Bangalore have put my routine of absorbing some vitamin D available free from the sun.
Half an hour or more of baking with both sides turned for total absorption used to give a good feeling and I am looking forward to some sun shine in between my favourite rains.
And talking about well being and fitness, there’s nothing better than the Yoga exercise of Suryanamaskars. I am now on a routine of 21 repetitions after an hour of other yoga steps. And I can see the good effects shaping up.
More importantly the compliments on the positive physical appearance when meeting people is worth the efforts.
I am happy to recommend suryanamaskars as the best form of exercise.
Of course, Suryanamaskar need not be when there’s sun, it can be done anytime
