Waking Heartbeat

Yet another of the crazy things I do, in addition to the workout activity monitoring, is measuring Heartbeat, particularly of the sleep and waking.

This is done wearing the Apple Watch

Apparently waking Heartbeat is a key measure and anything below 60 is supposed to be good measures. Of course it shouldn’t go below 40 for normal people, but marathon runners can have it lower.
