Friend Sreepriya Menon sent me an article describing how standing can be a good exercise.
That’s great, as I stand a lot. Not because of my job or profession, but it’s due to my perception that when you want to conquer the stage, you should be standing.
So I stand at a prominent location in a gathering, where everyone has to see me. In fact it evinced some comments in a recent occasion.
No, not a negative comment. My sister asked me that by standing like that, won’t my legs pain!
Perhaps a little bit, but that’s a good price to pay when you’re seeking attention.
And now the good news, that I am actually doing some exercises.

Now they are saying that every sedentary office worker should get up once an hour and walk around. Standing up is exercise, as you say.

Interesting viewpoint. I guess sore feet from standing too long would
be the doms (delayed onset muscle soreness) you get after exercise
