Recipe adopted from blog friend Diane.
I have made only one change in the excellent recipe and that is due to my desire to replace sugar with some natural sweetener.
Since natural honey may not be a good idea for cooking, I have gone for palm jaggery. I am not sure as to how much better is it against sugar, but it is believed to be more natural and healthier.
The result however is yummy apple butter.
