We have the ‘king of birds’, the auspicious Krishnaparunth and the ordinary ones, the cousins gliding in the sky over the water. Naturally the attention is focused on the famous one.
That’s when one of the cousins swooped down for me to capture it’s back and it’s beautiful. I must say that when looked at from below it doesn’t look much.
Clearly the beauty is a judgemental selection of the eye and it can be baffling.
There’s no confusion anyway, all those winged ones in the sky are beautiful.
