When you get a lot of ripe Kerala bananas! Sunu’s cousin presented us with a whole bunch of ripe bananas from his plantation. More than we could use, and tradition came into play. The process of drying bananas in sunlight and making it to last years. And it can be used for occasional sweet dishes. Here bananas are cut length wise and dried in sun. Took a few and cut into small pieces. Added grated coconut and paani (palm syrup) and the delicious dish is ready.
