Lamb Rogan Josh
Slow cooker makes the most succulent Lamb Rogan Josh. I followed a recipe, the link of which is given here which has the Rogan Josh recipe also.
The 8 hours slow cooking made it very tender and nicely tasty.
I am happy I got my slow cooker.
