I have here a big piece of Kalanchi (sea bass) fish to fry. It’s pre marinated and just place it on the frying pan foil on the tawa and it just get fried on it without any oil. It’s not only avoiding oil, we don’t have the dilemma of whether non stick is healthy or not, or should we go back to cast iron tawas. Thank you Asahi Kasei for bringing in this amazing Japanese technology, particularly the frying pan foil which is silicone coated and healthy.

Dosa is not a joint winner with Idli in world’s healthiest breakfast title, because of use of oil or unhealthy nonstick materials. Asahi Kasei’s frying pan foil resolves it. No oil or no use of unhealthy cooking vessels. Here I’m making dosa on easy to use and clean Asahi Kasei frying pan foil, the real revolution in frying or cooking.
